Vera Bozickovic

Vera is a self-taught musician with an academic background in Generative Linguistics from Concordia University. Her inspiration and work explores speech tone, timbre and even industrial noise! She has played in bands of various genres including grunge, rock, indie, metal, rap, jazz, funk and blues. She also has extensive experience teaching children of all ages. (See teaching experience below). Her love for music never slipped her mind just like the joy of teaching and educating children. Why not combine both?

Although her main instrument is guitar and voice, she also teaches bass, drums, ukelele, singing and music composition . However, this list is not limited, she can also teach every instrument… from trumpet to various children’s instruments, except for classical piano (✿◠‿◠)╯ ︵ ┻━┻ Her main focus is to continue to reach out to the community and share her experiences, knowledge and inspire the younger generation to live creatively.
